Academic foundations
English, mathematics, sciences and humanities build understanding, communication and judgment. Mature course resources form the starting point.
Academic foundations, personalized AI support and real-world projects. We are building an online high school that helps young people learn independently, solve problems and create value.
Initial Grade 9 courses and enrollment arrangements are in preparation.
California Future Academy begins with online high school, with a long-term vision to grow toward K–12. Families can explore a learning path that connects academics, AI tools, practical projects and personal development.
We believe a family’s resources should shape how education is funded, rather than decide a child’s potential. Scholarships and individual support are central to the model. We also aim to make introductory learning resources freely available as they are developed.

AI tools can help with explanations, practice and feedback. Teachers review important learning outcomes and guide students through challenges.
Independent work, scheduled conversations and project collaboration are planned around learning needs and time zones. Project courses, life courses and social courses are three connected areas. Life courses include self-management, everyday skills, financial literacy, marriage and family. Social courses include teamwork, leadership, public speaking, relationships and community participation.
Nine independent courses cover AI foundations, programming, robotics, quantitative research through simulation, entrepreneurship, cross-border e-commerce, game development, digital marketing and cybersecurity. Recorded lessons are combined with project mentorship. Students explore needs, build prototypes, test with users and reflect on quality, costs and value.
Project courses are separately priced and optional. Schedules, prerequisites, materials and fees will be explained before enrollment. Business income is a possible learning experience, never a promised result.
Standard online high school tuition is USD $5,000 per academic year. Families may apply for scholarships based on financial circumstances, commitment to learning, potential and project work.
| Annual scholarship | Net annual tuition |
|---|---|
| No scholarship | $5,000 |
| $2,000 | $3,000 |
| $3,000 | $2,000 |
| $4,000 | $1,000 |

These are application pathways, not automatic awards. Amounts, eligible courses and renewal terms require written confirmation. Project scholarships, fee reductions or individual deferred-payment arrangements may also be considered before a course begins.
Christian faith courses are an optional direction. Participation is voluntary and is not an exchange for admission, scholarships or graduation.
We aim to build lasting connections from the first class. Alumni may choose to share time, mentorship, opportunities or future scholarship support. Giving back is voluntary; donations are not currently collected on this site.
The initial focus is Grade 9, with global families in mind. Online submission and payments are not open yet. This page currently provides information to help families prepare.
Final course and enrollment details will be shared before formal enrollment. No university admission or business income is guaranteed. There is no need to send identification or financial documents at this stage.
